WildRig NG setup for Quantus

Set up WildRig NG for Quantus on NVIDIA, AMD and Intel Arc: the command line for Windows and Linux and TLS on port 1155.

What WildRig NG is good for

WildRig NG is a multi-algorithm GPU miner that supports the quantus algorithm on NVIDIA (Pascal or newer), AMD (Polaris or newer) and Intel Arc cards, on Windows and Linux, with a 1% dev fee on this algorithm. Download it only from its official GitHub releases page (linked on the How to Mine page).

The command line

The pattern (replace the region and wallet with your own; the How to Mine page fills them in automatically):

Windows

wildrig-ng.exe --algo quantus --url stratum+tcp://de.quantus.herominers.com:1155 --user YOUR_QTC_ADDRESS.worker1

Linux

./wildrig-ng --algo quantus --url stratum+tcp://de.quantus.herominers.com:1155 --user YOUR_QTC_ADDRESS.worker1

The name after the dot in the user value is your worker name, which is how the rig appears on your dashboard.

Encrypted connection

Write the URL as stratum+ssl://de.quantus.herominers.com:1155 for an encrypted connection. The port stays 1155: the pool serves plain TCP and TLS on the same port.
