A graphics card, the workhorse of most crypto mining.
A GPU (graphics processing unit) has thousands of small cores built for parallel maths, which is exactly what most mining algorithms need. GPUs are flexible: the same card can mine many coins and be reused for gaming or AI.
Pearl and Quantus are both GPU-mined. Pearl's algorithm relies on tensor cores, so it needs an NVIDIA RTX 20-series or newer card or a supported AMD card. Quantus runs on NVIDIA and AMD cards.
